Main Responsibilities

Key Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Language Proficiency: Must have thorough knowledge of one EU language and satisfactory knowledge of another.
- Nationality: Must be a national of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.
- Civic Rights: Must be entitled to full rights as a citizen and have fulfilled any military service obligations.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the position.
- Background Check: Must provide a certificate confirming no criminal record and undergo a medical examination.
Professional Qualifications
- Education: Must have completed university studies in business, economics, law, or a related field, with a diploma.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of professional experience if the education was 3 years.
- At least 9 years of professional experience if the education was 4 years or more.
- Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
Selection Criteria
- Proven knowledge of EU banking regulation.
- Experience in drafting policy stances and regulations.
- Ability to present and communicate regulatory developments to management.
- Experience in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in the EU legislative process.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in credit risk or market risk regulation or supervision.

Selection Procedure

- Interviews are also scored out of 10, with a minimum passing score of 6.

Appointment and Employment Conditions
