Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support throughout the public procurement process
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of procurements according to the annual procurement plan
- Support the development and maintenance of procurement rules, standards, and guidelines
- Assist in the review and approval of tender documentation
- Provide administrative support during negotiations

Qualifications
- Education:
- A) Post-secondary education (diploma)
- B) Secondary education (diploma giving access to post-secondary education)
- Professional Experience:
- A) At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and public tenders at EU level
- B) At least 6 years of relevant experience in procurement and public tenders at EU level
Skills and Competencies
- Proven comprehensive knowledge and experience in EU procurement and public tenders
- Ability to draft procurement-related documents (e.g., Request for Proposals, Invitations to Tender)
- Ability to analyze data from complex sources and apply best practices in procurement
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Flexibility, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with diverse colleagues
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Team-player attitude with a positive and collaborative approach

Conditions of Employment
- Salaries: Exempt from national tax; Community tax at source applies
- Correction Coefficient: 34.4% (as of the notice date)
