Main Responsibilities

- Supporting internal EBA committees and subgroups on crisis management issues.
- Assisting in the development of tools for the efficient functioning of resolution colleges.
- Contributing to the Q&A process for the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD), offering technical assistance to resolution authorities and conducting peer reviews.
- Facilitating briefings for EBA representatives in meetings with external policy makers, EU political institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Performing other tasks as required by the Head of Unit or the Director of Oversight.
Key Information
Eligibility Criteria
- Language: Proficiency in at least one EU language and satisfactory knowledge of another.
- Nationality: Must be a national of an EU Member State, an EFTA Member State, or a country with which the Council has initiated accession negotiations.
- Education: Minimum of three years of university-level education, preferably in law, or equivalent qualifications recognized by EU or EEA authorities.
- Professional Experience: At least three years of full-time legal experience post-education, with the period counted from the award of the diploma to the application deadline.

- The employer must continue to pay the salary and maintain social rights, including social security and pension.
Duration and Starting Date
- The expected starting date is as soon as possible.
- The secondment duration is a minimum of two years, with the possibility of renewal.
