Eligibility and Selection Criteria
1.1 General Eligibility
- Must be a national of an EU Member State, an EFTA Member State, or a country with which the EU has opened accession negotiations
- Must be entitled to full citizen rights
- Must have thorough knowledge of one EU language and satisfactory knowledge of another
1.2 Specific Eligibility
- Education: At least three years of university-level education, evidenced by a diploma
- Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of full-time experience in bank regulation, supervision, or similar roles
