Main Responsibilities
The Executive Director will be responsible for:

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a national of an EU Member State.
- Must be entitled to full citizen rights.
- Must have fulfilled military service obligations.
- Must have thorough knowledge of one EU official language and satisfactory knowledge of another.
- Must be physically fit to perform the duties.
Qualifications
- Must have completed university studies (at least four years) or completed studies plus at least one year of professional experience (if studies were three years or less).
Professional Experience
- Minimum 15 years of full-time professional experience, including:
- At least 5 years of senior experience in banking or supervision.
- At least 5 years of management experience involving staff and budgets at a high level.
Language Skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
- Native English speakers must demonstrate second language proficiency.
Age Limit
- Must be able to complete the five-year term before reaching 66 years of age.
Selection Criteria
- Knowledge of banking and financial sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial regulation and supervision at national, European, or international levels.
- Understanding of EU institutions and decision-making processes.
- Experience in budgetary, financial, and human resources management.
