1.1. General Eligibility Criteria

- Nationality of an EU Member State, Norway, Iceland, or Lichtenstein
- Full citizen rights
- Compliance with military service obligations
- Physical fitness for the role
1.2. Specific Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: A post-secondary education diploma or a secondary education diploma with access to post-secondary education, plus at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a secretary or in a similar role
- Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
2. Selection Criteria
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in an EU, multicultural, or international environment
- Competencies include:
- Flexibility to handle diverse tasks

Selection Procedure
- A selection committee will be formed to review applications
- Shortlisted candidates may undergo written tests and interviews
- Written Test: Conducted in English, tests drafting skills. Total score: 10, minimum passing score: 6
- Interview: Conducted in English, assesses suitability, experience, and motivation. Total score: 10, minimum passing score: 6
- Successful candidates will be ranked by merit, with the highest scorer being recruited
- Candidates scoring 12 or above will be placed on a reserve list valid until 31 December 2012
Appointment and Employment Conditions
- Contract Type: Agent contract for 3 years, renewable, with a 9-month probation period
- Expected Start Date: 1 September 2012
- Grade: FG III
- Estimated Basic Salary: €2,457.08

- Correction coefficient of 34.4% for UK-based staff
