- Declining Areas: Energy/extractives, Urban development, Agriculture (no statistical decline but ratings below peers).
4. Engagement & Collaboration
- Perceived Effectiveness: Highest with BiH institutions and other donors; lower with academia and civil society.
- Private Sector Collaboration: Stakeholders suggest more engagement, better accessibility, and alignment with local needs.
- Communication Channels: Events/workshops and direct staff contact are most preferred.
5. Financial Instruments
- Value: Financial resources ranked highest (62%); lending timeliness and accountability increased.
- Improvements Needed: Competitive conditions, simplified procedures, and localized support tools.
6. Future Role of WBG
- Key Recommendations:
