• Methodology: Conducted online between May-June 2023, involving 477 invitations with a 29% response rate. Comparisons to 2019 (26% response) showed changes in stakeholder composition, affecting year-over-year analyses.
• Demographics: Respondents were 29% government, 18% bilateral agencies, 15% private sector, 14% academia, and 11% media. Collaboration rates were higher among specific groups, influencing perceptions.
