Trust: Trust ratings remained moderate for WBG (mean: 7.0). Government Institutions and National Government had the highest trust ratings, while Private Sector, Media, and Bilateral Agencies had the lowest. Broader Civil Society displayed slightly lower trust compared to other groups.
KPIs (Overall Perceptions): Key WBG perceived effectiveness indicators remained moderate (overall mean ~6.5). Government respondents generally gave higher ratings than non-government, except for trust (similar). Collaborators gave higher ratings than non-collaborators. High familiarity strongly correlated with positive views.

3. Key Findings (Development Priority Alignment & Support)

Development Priorities: Climate Change and Health were the top development priorities indicated by stakeholders, showing significant growth. Debt Management, Social Protection, and Private Sector Development were other key concerns.
Perceived Effectiveness: The WBG was perceived as most effective in Macroeconomic Stability and Public Sector Governance. Effectiveness in Environment, Climate Change, Gender Equity, and Education received lower ratings. Government representatives favored collaboration with WBG and found their technical expertise valuable.
Future Role & Improvements: Stakeholders emphasized the need for increased access to finance (18%), better visibility/awareness (17%), more capacity building (18%), training (17%), and training customization (50% rated "financial resources" and "capacity development" as most valued). Collaboration with the private sector was seen as vital, and stakeholders asked for more customized support aligned with Seychelles' unique context (SIDS).

4. Communications & Outreach

Preferred Channels: Respondents preferred Events/Conferences/Seminars (61%), Direct Contact with Staff (37%), and e-Newsletters (32%).
Message Recall: 57% recalled seeing/hearing about WBG recently. Television was the most common source (52%), followed by Newspapers (48%). Top recalled topics were Human Capital, Climate Change, Debt Relief for developing countries. Tailoring climate change communication to resonate with local concerns (coastal erosion/floods) could enhance impact.
WBG Performance: WBG was rated highly as a source of relevant information (7.7) and bringing global expertise (7.5).

5. Sample Demographics & Methodology

Stakeholders: 44% Government, 33% Broader CSO/Civil Society, 10% Private Sector, 9% Local Government, 7% Media, 5% Bilateral/Multilateral Agency.
Comparison to FY20: This survey maintained a similar stakeholder group focus and employed similar questions/methodology for comparative analysis on key performance indicators.
