About the Randstad Workmonitor
- The Randstad Workmonitor has been running since 2003 and covers 34 markets globally, including Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
- It is published four times a year, tracking mobility, satisfaction, and personal motivation.
- The Mobility Index measures employee confidence and likelihood of changing jobs within the next 6 months.
- The survey is conducted online with employees aged 18–65 working at least 24 hours a week in a paid job (not self-employed).
