2. Effectiveness and Priorities: WBG’s effectiveness in achieving development results (mean 5.9) and alignment with national priorities improved but remain modest. Key development areas prioritized by stakeholders included agriculture (75%), health (55%), education (62%), and water/sanitation (34%), reflecting shifts from previous years toward climate resilience and private sector development.

3. Stakeholder Views: Government institutions rated WBG collaboration highly, but civil society, private sector, and local government expressed stronger criticism and lower trust across multiple indicators. WBG engagement improved among national government and other donors, but sustainability and inclusivity were widely cited, such as strengthened collaboration with academia and private sector (e.g., localized projects, digital infrastructure).

4. Knowledge Work: 29% of respondents used WBG knowledge products in the past; 71% plan future use. High recall rates for poverty-endending programs reflect relevance, but distribution and localization were areas for improvement. E-newsletters were the most preferred communication channel.

5. Impact of Climate Change: WBG communications on climate change must address water scarcity, job loss, and food insecurity to resonate with public concerns. Local-level partnerships and participatory approaches were recommended for stakeholder engagement.
