- Specific Contracts: Individual training events will be executed via specific contracts, which are signed after the EBA determines the service specifications.
- Contract Duration: Framework contracts will initially last one year and may be renewed up to three times under the same conditions.
- Response Time: A maximum of 12 working days for the provider to respond to a service request, with a service delivery time of up to 3 months from the date of notification.
3.2 Training Provider Responsibilities
- Planning and Delivery: Organize and deliver training events according to the EBA’s specifications.

- Materials and Logistics: Prepare, print, and deliver all training materials. Organize registration, venue selection, catering, and event coordination.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback evaluation and reports on the impact and outcomes of training events within two weeks of delivery.
- Sub-contracting Restrictions: Sub-contracting is not allowed without prior written approval from the EBA.
3.3 Training Event Structure
- Participants: Supervisors and regulators from the EU, EBA staff, and occasionally non-EU participants.
- Event Format: Typically 2–3 days, with 25–40 participants per event.
- Language: All training events and materials will be in English.
- Content: Cover a range of topics, including regulatory frameworks, risk management, accounting standards, and IT tools like XBRL and SAS.
