- Whether the secured claim is at risk of being compromised or written down against the seller’s will.
- Whether a proof of claim has been filed, a distribution has been made, and notice of the end of the procedure has been given.
- Field reorganization has been implemented to better structure the data:
- Field 88 has been replaced with 'Name of Insolvency/Restructuring proceedings'.
- Field 89 has been replaced with 'Additional Name of Insolvency/Restructuring Proceedings'.
- Field 90 has been replaced with 'Legal Procedure Type'.
- Field 91 has been replaced with 'Description of Legal Procedure Type'.
- Field 92 has been replaced with 'Commencement Date of Insolvency/Restructuring Proceedings'.
- New fields 93–102 have been added to capture more detailed information on the stage of the procedure and related actions.
- One critical field, 'Legal Status', has been deleted due to duplication.
Other Version Changes
- Indexing correction in the Property Collateral tab.
- Clarification on Choice fields:
- Instructions have been updated to specify that "Employed" should be entered for Choice fields.
- When entering NACE codes, "A-" and "Agriculture" are specified as options.
- Tab name update from 'History of total repayments' to 'History and repaymschedule'.
- Asset class matrix update:
- The 'Tenant - Lease relationship' table has been removed from the unsecured matrix.
- The 'Lease table' has been added to the Residential asset class matrix.
- Instructions for OC codes have been clarified to exclude the OC prefix.
- Eurostat code links have been updated to include only one ILO link:

- A note has been included in the instructions stating that property collateral data should be entered at the Unit level.
