Global natural gas demand declined by 14.7 billion cubic meters (bcm) in March, more than the seasonal average decline.
EU and UK demand was approximately 16% below seasonal averages, with inventories at 54% capacity at the end of March.
Natural gas production rose by 8.2 bcm month-on-month, led by increases in China, Australia, Norway, and Indonesia.
Inventories decreased by 10.9 bcm in March but remained at a 5-year seasonal high.
