Production: Crude oil production declined marginally to a 23-month low in September, and data from Russia has not been reported since March. Saudi Arabia's crude production increased by 57,000 barrels per day to 8.98 million barrels per day, with exports rising by 170,000 barrels per day.
Stocks: Crude and refined product inventories saw a net build in September but remained below the 5-year average, with crude stocks down by 3.7 million barrels and oil product stocks up by 60 million barrels.
