Demonstrate very good knowledge of English at least at B2 level (CEFR).
Not have received or be currently receiving in-service training within EU institutions or bodies (as specified in Annex 1 to EBA DC 2018).
Have no prior full-time professional work experience, except for paid part-time or full-time experience during studies.

Selection Criteria

Hold a bachelor’s degree in law, or a degree in another discipline with post-graduate studies in EU law or financial services law.
Demonstrate knowledge of EU law and financial services law.
Possess good drafting skills in English (e.g., in studies, presentations, articles, and document revision).
Advantageous to be aware of and interested in the EBA’s role and functioning.
Have good organisation and prioritisation skills.
