• Respondents who collaborated with the WBG were less likely to support "expanding access and quality of social services."

Overall Attitudes Toward the WBG

• Effectiveness: Respondents across stakeholder groups and geographic locations gave similar ratings, but those who collaborated with the WBG rated the WBG higher.
• Staff Preparedness: Respondents from bilateral/multilateral agencies, project implementation agencies, and consultants rated the WBG's staff as more prepared to address development challenges.
• Capacity Building:
  • Respondents from CSOs and academia gave the highest ratings for capacity building that supports "groups outside of government to help them more effectively engage in development efforts."
  • Those from the Office of the President/Minister and ministries/ministerial departments gave the highest ratings for capacity building that supports "the public sector."
  • Respondents outside of La Paz gave higher ratings for the WBG's effectiveness in "citizen engagement" than those in La Paz.
