Objectives and Functions
Key objectives include identifying and sharing technical knowledge on climate change vulnerability assessments and adaptation planning, disseminating evidence and best practices, addressing country needs for climate resilient health systems, and facilitating access to funding and technical support. Functions align with ATACH but emphasize international shifts, monitoring country progress, quality assurance, financing support, and knowledge sharing among participants.
Secretariat
WHO serves as the Secretariat, subject to available human and financial resources, to coordinate the WG's activities and provide secretarial support.
Participants
The CRHS WG is open to ATACH participants, including government institutions and technical agencies. Interested individuals join through a specific application process and can participate in activities as needed, with the option to leave the WG.
