- Close the transfer activities by signing off on the "Services Transfer Acceptance".
- Delete Content:
- After successful transfer, delete all EBA website-related content from the present contractor's servers.
Future Contractor Responsibilities
- Create New Infrastructure:
- Set up new environments, servers, and systems in line with the current architecture.
- Install and Configure Website:
- Fully install and configure the EBA website on the production environment.
- Ensure Operational Readiness:
- Make sure the website is fully operational and functional.
- Retain Domain Names:
- Keep the current domain names held by the EBA and provide regulatory domain names.
- Sign Off on Transfer:
- Sign off on the "Services Transfer Acceptance" after the transfer is complete.
