报告摘要
2006年乌拉圭全球学校基学生健康调查概况
The 2006 Global School-based Student Health Survey (GSHS) in Uruguay was a comprehensive school-based study focusing on health behaviors among students aged 13-15. The survey aimed to assess alcohol and drug use, sexual behaviors related to HIV/STIs and unintended pregnancies, unintentional injuries and violence, hygiene practices, dietary habits including overweight and obesity, physical activity levels, mental health, and protective factors. Data collection used a two-stage cluster sampling method with high school response rates, but overall response was lower, involving 3,406 students.
Key findings included high rates of alcohol consumption, with over half of surveyed students reporting alcohol intake, and boys having higher risky drinking behaviors compared to girls. Fewer students used drugs overall. Dietary issues were notable, with nearly a quarter being overweight. Poor hygiene practices, such as infrequent handwashing, were common. Mental health concerns, like loneliness, affected about twice as many girls as boys. Physical activity was insufficient among most students, while sedentary behaviors were widespread. Protective factors showed few students missed school without permission or had supportive environments. Sexual activity rates were higher in boys, with most condom use only occurring in recent encounters. Smoking prevalence was lower, but exposure to secondhand smoke was high. Violence and bullying incidents were significant, with higher rates among boys, and physical attacks were common.
