Global School-based Student Health Survey Philippines (Davao City) 2015 Fact Sheet Summary
Purpose and Methodology
The 2015 GSHS surveyed students aged 13-17 in grades 7-9 and Year 4, using a two-stage cluster sample design to ensure data representativeness. A 100% school response rate, 85% student response rate, and 2,874 participants were achieved through probability proportional enrollment sampling at the first stage and random class selection with all eligible students.

Alcohol Use
- Current alcohol use (past 30 days): 15.7% overall; higher in males (17.2%) and females (14.3%).
