EEA-EFTA States
- Iceland: The Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority (FME) intends to comply with the guidelines. It notes that CRD IV/CRR has not yet been incorporated into the EEA Agreement, but implementation is scheduled for 2015. Additionally, Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 has not been incorporated due to constitutional requirements, and the EEA EFTA States are engaged in a dialogue with the EU to secure their participation in the European System of Financial Supervision.
- Liechtenstein: The Financial Market Authority (FMA) acknowledges the publication of the guidelines and intends to comply with them, considering the transitional arrangements of the CRD IV/CRR legislation.
- Norway: The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) complies with the guidelines.
