WHO Academy Initiatives

• It leverages digital tools and AI, with a Lyon campus featuring simulation centers and augmented/virtual reality technologies.
• Already, it has designed and delivered 50 courses with expert input; by 2028, it aims to develop 260 courses targeting key health themes such as One Health, workforce training, and antimicrobial resistance.
• By 2028, it expects to train 3 million clinicians and health workers, along with 13,000 mid-level managers and decision-makers.

Call for Support

WHO urges global partners including member states, multilateral organizations, philanthropies, and the private sector to invest in the Academy.
