MPOWER Measures Compliance

Monitoring: High compliance (8/10). Nationally representative surveys for adults and adolescents conducted periodically since 2010/2014, providing tobacco use prevalence data.
Smoke-Free Environments: High compliance (8/10). Complete smoke-free laws covering all public places except healthcare facilities (where smoking is allowed) and tertiary education facilities (nominal exception). Designated smoking rooms allowed elsewhere with strict requirements.
