Overview
The European Banking Authority (EBA), established by Regulation (EC) No. 1093/2010 on 24 November 2010, is a key component of the new European System of Financial Supervision (ESFS). Procurement Procedure
The procurement procedure is a negotiated procedure, which means that the EBA will not necessarily invite all interested companies to tender. Instead, it will select candidates based on specific criteria and then conduct negotiations with them.

- A balance sheet for the last 3 years (2010, 2011, and 2012)

A declaration of interest, limited to 300 words, must be submitted to demonstrate compliance with the above requirements.
