   • Generative AI (Gen AI): Revolutionizing learning and teaching, requiring urgent educator training and ethical guidelines.
   • Analytics & Adaptive Technologies: Personalizing education through data-driven insights.
   • Rich Digital Ecosystems: Integrating systems for seamless, collaborative learning experiences.

Recommendations:

• Prioritize educator recruitment and retention through competitive pay, remote work flexibility, and supportive leadership.
• Embrace Gen AI with clear policies to ensure ethical use, safety, and equitable access.
• Foster learner agency by redesigning education systems to focus on critical thinking and creativity.
• Invest in professional development and collaborative tools to overcome inertia and scale innovations effectively.
