- Flipkart was the most frequented platform (44%), followed by Amazon (32%) and Snapdeal (19%).
- Flipkart was more popular among younger users (18-24 age group: 49% vs. 25-34 age group: 35%).
- Snapdeal had a higher preference among the 25-34 age group (25%) compared to the 18-24 age group (13%).

Product Categories:
- Gadgets & electronics were the most popular category (60%), followed by clothing & accessories (20%).
- Men were more likely to shop for gadgets & electronics (66%) compared to women (31%).
- Women were more likely to shop for clothing & accessories (65%) and home products (65%) compared to men (27%).

Preference for Physical Stores:
- 42% of respondents preferred to purchase gadgets & electronics from physical stores after browsing on their mobile phones.
- Clothing & accessories was the only category where more consumers browsed online but purchased offline than those who purchased online.

Convenience of Mobile Shopping:
- 94% of consumers found shopping through mobile apps more convenient than mobile websites.

Influence of Features on Purchase Decisions:
- Cash-on-delivery (34%) and free delivery (34%) were the strongest influencers.
- Other features included product quality, security concerns, and poor delivery service.

Mobile Ads Influence:
- 81% of respondents were unaffected by mobile ads.
- Women were more influenced by mobile ads (25%) than men (17%).

Payment Methods:
- Cash-on-delivery was the most popular payment method (63%).
- Women preferred net banking (25%) over credit/debit cards (7%).
- Among age groups, 18-24 year olds preferred cash-on-delivery (67%) more than 25-34 year olds (53%).
- Credit/debit cards were more accepted by 25-34 year olds (25%) than 18-24 year olds (14%).

Future Intent to Shop via Mobile:
- 31% of non-mobile shoppers said they would try shopping on online retail platforms through their mobile phones in the future.

Major Concerns for Non-Mobile Shoppers:
- 75% of those who do not shop via mobile cited product quality as their main concern.
- 71% of these non-mobile shoppers indicated they shop online through their laptops or desktops.
