- Smokeless Tobacco Use: 4.4% (Boys) / 3.0% (Girls)
- Any Tobacco Product Users: 24.1% (Overall)
2. Smoking Cessation
- 66.1%–70.5% of current smokers tried to quit in the past 12 months.
- 60.3%–68.0% desired to stop smoking now.
3. Secondhand Smoke Exposure
- 47.5% (Overall) exposed to smoke at home.
- 52.5% (Overall) exposed in enclosed public places.
4. Media Exposure
- 70.7%–72.0% noticed anti-tobacco messages.
- 34.7% (Boys) / 32.8% (Overall) owned tobacco-branded items.
5. Attitudes & Opinions
- 68.9%–86.0% favored banning smoking in enclosed/public places.
- 45.9%–54.0% thought smoking helps socialize.
- 23.2%–26.1% uncertain to quit if they started.
6. Access & Availability
- 47.3% (Overall) bought cigarettes from stores/vendors.
