Main Objectives:

• Reviewed roadmaps from four Activity Groups based on unpacking exercises to refine integrated surveillance strategies.
• Introduced and agreed on priority outputs for inclusion in the Quadripartite Guide on Integrated Surveillance, aligning with preparations for the 2024 UN General Assembly High-Level Meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR).

Key Discussions:

• Overview sessions on Activity Group roadmaps, outlining steps, tasks, and outputs.
• Agreement on immediate actions and immediate follow-up to integrate findings and support stakeholder commitments.
• Contextual review of recent AMR dialogues, such as the Uppsala Dialogue, to strengthen the narrative and commitments for the UNGA HLM on AMR 2024.
• Introduction and consensus on priority outputs from each Activity Group, with agreed timelines and modality for delivery.
• Establishment of an Integration Team consisting of Activity Group chairs, co-chairs, and the QTG-AIS co-chairs to oversee next steps and facilitate output development.
• Update on the 'Economics of One Health-based Integrated Surveillance' related to the Quadripartite Technical Group on the Economics of AMR, focusing on developing an AMR Investment Case.

Outcomes:

• Priority outputs and delivery schedules finalized, with integration into the guide by January 2024 to inform policies and targets.
• Commitment to output availability supporting the UNGA HLM on AMR political declaration.
• Fourth meeting rescheduled for September 2023.
