WNS 2.0 (Artificial Intelligence): AI-powered stamp identification and counterfeit detection. Collectors and customs use smartphones to verify stamps instantly.
DGST & GTT Predictions: AI tools predict delivery times and detect dangerous goods, enhancing efficiency and security.
Digital Twins & Automation: UPU is implementing AI in postal operations, focusing on efﬁciency, security, and customer service.

Kenya: Postal Corporation integrates government services (e-payments, ID cards) into its network, leveraging digital transformation to improve public service delivery.
SVG Post: Post-Hurricane Beryl reconstruction uses UPU’s ESF funding, satellite phones, and mobile post offices.
Japan, Croatia, Australia: Japan introduced digital addresses; Croatia and Australia reduced emissions via electric vehicles and eco-driving programs.

E-commerce Growth: UPU works to bring e-commerce volumes into its network by aligning with platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
Digital Inclusion: Projects like cashless systems in Nigeria (NIPOST) and reusable packaging in Portugal are modernizing postal services.
AI & Green Logistics: Countries like Slovenia and Thailand use AI for route optimization, while Ireland collaborates on sustainable packaging.
