40% of Americans report hearing a lot about the Tea Party movement, an increase from mid-March (26%).
37% say they have heard a little, also stable compared to mid-March.
23% say they have heard nothing or don't know.
Roughly half (46%) believe news organizations are giving the movement the right amount of coverage.
Republicans express more positive impressions (53%), fewer negative (20%) and fewer neutral (24%) than Democrats or Independents.
About half of all survey respondents gave either a positive (32%) or negative description (44%). Negative descriptions outnumbered positive ones.
