6. Supply Chain and Infrastructure: Design resilient, end-to-end regional supply chains by integrating inbound and outbound logistics, leveraging geospatial data, and investing in digital automation for efficient distribution.
7. Product Regulation: Harmonize safety and quality regulations across member states through mutual recognition and joint review processes to accelerate market access without compromising vaccine standards.
8. Policy and Governance: Establish cross-border governance structures and secretariats to oversee regional initiatives, ensuring transparent policies and equitable decision-making.
