Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) of the World Bank Group is adapting its work to address global challenges like climate change, debt crises, and fragility. In Fiscal Year 26, IEG plans to deliver 9 thematic and corporate evaluations, 4-5 Country Program Evaluations (CPEs), along with annual reports, totaling outputs consistent with projected deliverables. IEG's structure prioritizes diversity and undergoes rigorous monitoring to ensure effectiveness, with plans to scale up capacity-building initiatives through its Global Evaluation Initiative.
