从热情到阻力_组织如何用沟通与培训守住AI红利_14页_6mb
报告摘要
Agentic AI is rapidly transforming the workplace, with leaders determining if it drives acceleration or acts as a headwind. A poll of over 1,100 US desk workers reveals high enthusiasm for Agentic AI, with 84% eager to use it and expecting positive impacts on productivity, efficiency, and work experience. However, unchanneled enthusiasm due to poor communication, limited training, and unclear roadmaps underscores a workplace paradox: employees fear job displacement amid rapid AI changes, with 56% concerned about their roles evolving with AI. This uncertainty leads to resistance if not addressed, affecting adoption rates and overall trust.
The survey highlights key gaps: only 9% of senior leaders at $1 billion+ companies clearly communicated their AI strategy, compared to higher engagement at lower levels for self-directed learning. Managers face a confidence crisis, with concerns about supervising hybrid human-AI teams, and employees seek training to develop skills amid evolving technology. Generational differences show varying attitudes—Gen Z is optimistic and productive-driven, Millennials advocate for teams but doubt their skills, Gen X focuses on collaboration, and Boomers are pragmatic—but all agree on the need for organizational support.
To avoid squandering Agentic AI's potential, leaders must prioritize clear communication, effective training, and new management approaches. This includes fostering roadmaps for hybrid teams, addressing ethical implications, and ensuring AI enhances rather than replaces human capabilities. The inflection point is now; leaders who guide this reinvention can unlock new industries and fulfill employee ambition, while neglecting the human element risks missed opportunities.
This summary is based on the EY US Agentic AI Workplace Survey from October 2025.
