• Amendments to Articles 2 and 3, and prospective amendments to Article 1, will be addressed in the Sixth Meeting scheduled for January 9-13, 2023, in person.
• The draft report from the Fourth Meeting (November-December 2022) was not shared, and its discussion is deferred to the Sixth Meeting.
• Committee members agreed on tasks and a deadline to submit the final report to the WHO Director-General by January 15, 2023, aligned with WHA Decision WHA75(9).
