GATS Overview for Russian Federation 2016

The Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS) is a standardized global method for monitoring adult tobacco use and tracking tobacco control indicators, providing comparable data for national and international efforts. In Russia, conducted in 2016, it showed high tobacco prevalence rates.

Key tobacco use statistics:
