EBA Guidelines Compliance Summary
Overview
This document outlines the compliance status of national competent authorities (NCAs) and EU institutions with the EBA's Guidelines on corrections to modified duration for debt instruments under the second subparagraph of Article 340(3) of Regulation (EU) 575/2013 (EBA/GL/2016/09). The guidelines were issued on 04 January 2017 and became applicable on 1 March 2017.
